Frank's Finest Chili-Garlic Salt was formulated to offer a rich savory experience. Umami (our 5th sense), is referred to as savoriness, or a "pleasant savory taste". Unfortunately, there are many unnatural products like MSG that try and recreate this flavor. The Chili-Garlic salt provides such qualities in a natural and chemical free way. Mildly spicy, and just enough garlic, this blend is an all purpose seasoning from steamed veggies to baked chicken.
